The veil is thinning; exactly what does this mean? When I first heard this phrase, I understood that different universes where coming closer into existence. I hadn’t fully understood this concept. Did it mean that there were parallel universes? It took several years for me to fully comprehend the concept. My perception has evolved over the years, and my understanding is that the veil is thinning means that our internal and external worlds are becoming closer to reality or the same (congruent). Being faced with hardships,those who see situations as half full vs half empty will experience life as half full. Experiencing joy and happiness now in the present, helps individuals find inner peace; in contrast to those who are waiting for joy and happiness to occur when they find the perfect job or retire. The time is now to take responsibility for our lives and acknowledge the impact our decisions have not only on ourselves, but on others. Having human connections does not require financial obligations or even our precious time. Respecting each other and being open to the experience of comradery, are the cornerstones and bases for human relationships. We need to feel the connection, and recognize that each of us have an important role to the greater collection of human beings known as humanity.
