Welcome to the Orange County Protests Community Coalition Family! OCPCC is so excited for the work that we'll be doing in the future toward making OC a safer, more diverse and equitable place for all of its community memembers! |

First and foremost I want to say a massive thank you! We are incredibly happy to announce that we have surpassed our GoFundMe goal of $10,000! The community has shown up in a way that we never could have anticipated and at OCPCC we are in awe of the work you all are willing to do. Now that we have reached our initial funding goal it is important to put that money to use in order to maintain our momentum in making pivotal changes to Orange County. We have some big dreams for OC and hope that you all continue to be apart of them. We're excited to begin to shift our focus to make demands of our county to support marginalized communities and creating spaces focused on giving voice to, educating and bringing joy to OC's under served residence. |

As we begin taking more organized action toward social justice and equity in OC we want to provide our socially conscious community members with opportunities to assist disenfranchised individuals through other local organizations. The following are actions, donations and support you can give to other local organizations. |

| | "Here at The People's Coalition, we are beginning an initiative to build relationships alongside our comrades impacted by the Prison Industrial Complex. This initiative is about building relationships and validating the fact that our struggles as Bl+POC, activists, sex workers, youth workers, differently-abled folx, immigrants, anti-capitalists, trans folx, queer folx, and gender-nonconforming people are intricately connected with prison abolition and liberation.
Through our Pen Pal and donation Program, we want to begin building sustained relationships with our captured comrades so we can provide them and their families the resources they need to survive as we work to dismantle the system that keeps our people locked in cages." | | |
