Fall is a time to slow down and begin to prepare for the holidays. Self care is one of the most important things you can do to make sure you're staying balanced and nourished. This time of year can be beautiful with the changing season and colors...and also aggravating to the body and mind. In Ayurveda, this time of year aligns with Vata...which displays qualities of dry, light, mobile and subtle. It's a reminder to take care of ourselves by eating grounding foods, moisturizing our skin and finding routine in yoga or meditation to help release the agitation. This newsletter is all about the other things we are doing this fall to help you with your self care routine...not just in taking a yoga class. We have a lot of talented teachers ready to share their knowledge with you! Check out our workshops below. |
