Finally, we've fought sleet, rain, snow, sun and wind in April but Spring has sprung! 🎉 I don't know about you but I feel a renewed vigor for my fitness journey. The days now feel longer and lighter and the temperatures are on the rise. May is the perfect time to shake off the winter lethargy and embrace the energy of the season.
