Debbie tells all her patients: "When you know better, you eat better," so getting certified in hormone health at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition was a no-brainer. She believes that food changes everything, and her patients are finding the truth in that. Debbie can help you change your habits, gain a new perspective on what you put into your body, and establish a better system for food/meal prep. If you struggle with weight loss, or want to improve your health with food, reach out and schedule your FREE 15-minute consultation. Learn more about Debbie's services here. |

Thank you for all of the incredible feedback! Your kind words and stories of healing are so inspiring to our team. It encourages us to continue to learn and grow so that we can better serve you. "Pellegrino Healing Center is amazing in every way! Christine Pellegrino has been treating me for many issues associated with long COVID which I developed two years ago. After many, many very disappointing traditional doctor and hospital visits, I found Pellegrino Healing Center... right here in Hyde Park! Thanks to all of the talented professionals that Christine has gathered together, and her wonderful ability to heal through acupuncture, I can honestly say that I finally feel like myself!!! I highly recommend Christine and the many services provided here. Thank you all! Sarah, Kali, Jess, Michelle, Ashley, Tara, Catherine, Beth, Tammy and Christine, you are all very special to me." ~Laurie T. "The place is so serene and calming. Chelsea was INCREDIBLE, she was very gentle and informative." ~Janet A. "This was the first time I had ever tried something like acupuncture, but it was fascinating how Christine explained how certain muscle and nerve groups were connected. After the treatment, I was standing up straighter, and with tension released in my neck and face, there was a noticeable change in my smile. That was really cool to see!" ~Conor W. If you would like to share your story of healing, we would love to hear from you! |
