ART AND ADVOCACY: GIVING TUESDAY EXCLUSIVE! |
Dear Friend, As the season of giving is upon us, Arukah Animal International welcomes your wonderfully steadfast support. This Giving Tuesday, we invite you to join us in not only making a profound difference for more-than-human-animals, but also unlocking a touch of artistic magic that amplifies the impact of your generosity. |

Today we will embark on a mission to raise $5,000 for the development of our next impactful short film and virtual event. Our objective is to raise awareness, through the arts of the atrocities wreaked upon more-than-human animals—something beautiful and luminous and expressive of a passionate looking, the very essence of art—and necessary and consequential for cultural and societal transformation. Your support for these projects will be pivotal for inspiring a radical shift in perspective toward a multispecies world and about more-than-human animals as the wondrous and extraordinary and creative individuals they are—that they are indeed their own agents. Arukah's mission is to marry the disturbing reality of animal exploitation with the splendor of artistic expression, an alchemical fusion that has the great capacity to evoke compassion, empathy, and understanding even in the most hardened of hearts. Your support allows us through the arts a different way of thinking and seeing and being—a swing in consciousness that resists the idea of separation and, rather, could liberate us toward a kinship with all living beings. “In the bigger scheme of things, the universe is not asking us to do something, the universe is asking us to be something. And that’s a whole different thing.” (Poet Lucille Clifton) Your indispensable help will make the creation of films and stirring events possible. With such critical support, Arukah Animal International will cultivate new partnerships and campaigns against industrial animal agriculture's heart of darkness. |

We just had the distinct pleasure of showcasing remarkable animal-rights artists—all of whom bear witness to the most appalling cruelty and transmute it into art that is not only audacious with its piercing beauty and urgency, but also world-building—in our live-streamed event called “Revealing Hidden Worlds: Art, Animals, and Advocacy,” which is on our home page. And now we ask for your support in creating the next film and powerhouse event! |
