Our First Annual Golf Tournament was a Success!
 
 We want to send our thanks to all who attended our first annual COMPASS golf tournament. We enjoyed a day of golf, prizes, and great conversation with fellow members. We can't wait till next year!

 
 We're excited to announce that Captain Kristopher Drodge is COMPASS' newest board member. 
 
Kristopher will be our new Educational Institution Director and he will help contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to address human resources issues in the ocean industries. He was recently named as the head of the School of Maritime Studies at the Marine Institute. In this role, he is responsible for providing the strategic direction for the school and day-to-day leadership of its academic programs, research and industry partnerships.

Virtual Roundtable
 
Calling all COMPASS members! We will be hosting a virtual roundtable on November 2nd with members, government representatives and other industry associations. We will look at human resource shortages and opportunities, specifically for women in the industry.
