Parties are the LIFE BLOOD of this business! The more parties you have the more successful you will be. Period! Parties + events are the BEST way to; build your brand awareness, to find more customers, reps + hosts. There may be a lot of things demanding your attention in this business, but in the end your time is best spent on a few things.

 It's a cycle that we repeat over and over again and then teach our teams to do the same. This is duplication. We constantly INVITE people to host an invent, try our products or look at the Rep opportunity. We HOST as many parties as we can to widen our brand awareness to find more customers, hosts + reps. We CONNECT with those we associate with and build connections + friendships. We FOLLOW-UP with party guests + hosts to then INVITE to host or become a rep! See the cycle there? It really is SIMPLE but it does take ACTION!

INVITE

Filling up your calendar with 4-8 events a month is a sure way to create momentum in your business. 

 

PARTY IDEAS-

FINDING HOSTS:

  • Go LIVE on social media or in your VIP group and talk about HOSTING
  • Post/story about parties, open dates + rewards 
  • Send PERSONAL messages to those who comment or watch your stories asking them to host
  • Send PERSONAL message to current customers/Friends/Family asking them to host
  • Offer a free tank/hat to go on TOP of the rewards they earn
  • If someone wants a discount on the kit they can host a party and put the rewards towards it! 

 

 

SCRIPTS:   Tip- Don't ask if they will host a party for YOU. You are helping them save money on an incredible product! 

 

Current Customer:

" Hey ___! You have been such a great customer, I would love to try to earn you free stuff this time. You interested?”

 

Friend/Family:

"He___! I just started my business with ZYIA and am looking for people who want to earn some FREE and HALF OFF Zyia! Would you be interested in hosting a party?"

 

Comment On Post/Story:

"Hi___! Thanks for the love on my post today! I would love to host a party with you and get you some FREE + HALF OFF Zyia! Would you like me to send over my open dates for next month?"

 

Previous Host:

"Hi___! You had an awesome party in ___! Would you be interested in hosting again to get more FREE + HALF OFF Zyia?"

HOST

PREP YOUR HOST:

The most successful parties have a HOST who is engaged so preparing your host is essential! 

 

  • Send HOST PACKET ( linked below)
  • Create a party graphic she can share/post
  • Prepare a sample message they can send to invite friends + family to event. (Or tell them what to include)
  • Suggest they PERSONALLY INVITE 50+ people
  • Challenge them to go LIVE or post themselves in the party

 

 

PARTY TIPS:

  • Schedule out your posts on FB or Cinchshare 
  • Go LIVE often to show the clothes "in real life" - A couple short lives or one long one! 
  • Show your excitement 
  • Post clear pictures
  • Offer a giveaway for those that engage the most ($10 is great)
  • Post clothes on all bodies (Zyia Marketing + Designs FB page is a great resource)
  • Add your power partner/friend/upline to your party to help with engagement. 

 

Remember: Mindset is EVERYTHING!

  • Parties are a GIFT

 

  • Your hostess is giving you access to her network + that's a gift

 

  • An opportunity for you to find new customers, new parties, new reps DON'T Waste it!!

 

  • If you're not "feeling it" there's a good chance it will be sensed by your guests too. Get your head and heart in the game!! 

 

  • Try new things! There are lots of different party formats: party in a post, instagram party, shout-out wix party, affiliate link party, battle of the hostesses, etc. There's NO WRONG WAY TO PARTY!! Find what works for you. 

 

  • Not every party is going to be a huge success. Keep going because it's not about you. Maybe the hostesses friends didn't have much money right now, or she didn't follow the hostess tips for success, maybe it was poor timing etc. Just do your best and move on if it doesn't go well- WE ALL have parties that stink sometimes! (That's why it's important to host as many parties as we can!)

 

  • Have fun! We want people to see how easy, fun and awesome our job is! This is how we attract new reps

  • Go LIVE Be YOU!
  • Share your ZYIA Story
  • Send a friend request to everyone in the party (optional)
  • Message everyone in the party letting them know you're their personal shopper
  • React + Respond to EVERY comment in the party
  • Send outfit ideas
  • Post THANK YOU messages for everyone who purchases
  • Give giveaway points for following you on social media + joining your VIP

 

  • Treat each person like they are your sister/best friend/mom -- because they are that person to your hostess and THAT Matters if you want repeat customers, sales, parties and potentially reps.

 

  • SHOW UP! Commit to your party and be present to help with questions, post live videos and reviews and keep the party engagement going! If you have to work or be busy while you have a party going- schedule your post and set aside time to go back and make sure you're on top of the questions, comments and engagement.

PROSPECT

PARTY TIPS:

  • CONNECT  
  • Plant "seeds" throughout the party
  • Go LIVE + talk about the REP Opportunity
  • Talk to the hostess about what she would've made as a rep from her party
  • Post your ZYIA Story
  • Share items in the KIT
  • If your host is doing well let her know her friends + family are LOVING Zyia
  • Personally message guests who are really engaged, get to know them and talk to them about the rep opportunity
  • Let the hostess know she can use her host rewards towards a kit
  • Offer entries into a giveaway if they fill out a Zyia Active Giveaway questionnaire (sample linked below please don't use/edit this one)

FOLLOW-UP

The FOLLOW-UP is EVERYTHING! Having a system to follow-ups saves time + energy! It also keeps you from letting some people "slip through the cracks".

PARTY TIPS:

  • Follow up with EVERYONE in the party-last call for orders
  • Follow up with every CUSTOMER in the party once they receive their order
  • Offer EVERY customer the rep opportunity or ask if they would like to host
  • Ask every customer if they'd like to be added to your VIP group
  • When following up anchor HIGH. Offer the rep opportunity FIRST, you then ask them to host and lastly to join your VIP page
