 During this Occupied Home Staging Day, we needed to give this room a more cohesive look. So by just changing around some items and using some art we brought in, the room went from >>>>

 

 >>>> to this! The art I had in my inventory pulled all the owner's pieces together, even her existing pillows and throws, ending with a beautifully styled space that buyers will love!

This couple had lived in their house for over 40 years. However, they were ambitious sellers and took on almost ALL of our updating and transformative suggestions from our initial consultation. (Fortunately, we also offer a convenient "Total Transformation" Package, where we do painting and light cosmetic updates!) >>>>

I brought supplemental items in during an Occupied Home Staging Day, while still using many of their belongings, and the results are stunning! Buyers will love, love, love this!
