Distance Reiki / healing energy supports the healing of those who for whatever reason are not in the same location as the practitioner: They may be across town, across the country, or even across the world. |

Because Reiki / healing energy is not bound by space or time and because we are all connected energetically, distance healing can be every bit as effective as an in-person session in helping to |

Like in-person sessions, distance healing works well as a therapeutic complement to more conventional healing modalities such as western medicine and therapy when these are needed. |
|
|
Distance Sessions at Resilience |
|
|
When the pandemic emerged in early 2020 and seeing clients in-person was no longer feasible, I made the decision to begin offering distance Reiki / healing energy sessions as an alternative. |
|
|
I chose to offer these sessions free of charge because of the economic downturn associated with the pandemic and because the need for healing was greater than ever. |
|
|
Initial feedback from both previous in-person clients as well as new clients from around the world showed that these distance sessions were well-received and effective. So I continued offering them throughout the pandemic and carried them forward as an option when the pandemic receded and providing in-person sessions was once again possible. |
|
|
Though many Resilience clients understandably prefer the ambiance and therapeutic enhancements such as full body far-infrared heat and sound healing that are available during in-person sessions, others prefer to relax and receive healing energy in the comfort of their own homes. |
|
