This is a very exciting year for O'Hara Commons. June 2nd we will be opening our Wednesday Farmers Market for the FIFTH season! We have twelve local farms and food producers joining us this season: new vendors, returning vendors and some vendors that will be present alternating weeks. There will be vegetables, fruit, dairy, eggs, honey, meats, herbals, plants, jams, syrups, ferments and herbals. This market will run alongside O'Hara's online Local Food Market. We are committed to being your mid-week source for local foods and looking forward to seeing you soon! Now, meet your vendors!! |

Welcome to a new vendor: Aspen Grove Farm Aspen Grove is known for their berries, jams, syrups as well as other fruits and vegetables. They focus on small batch processing of berries to preserve the freshness of their product. | | |

Bee Happy is a small honey business. They tend about 90 colonies of honey bees in the Bitterroot Valley. Producing only raw wildflower honey; some of the flowers the bees forage on are alfalfa, clover, honeysuckle, snowberry, dandelion, thistle, knapweed and more. Bee Happy is a founding market vendor and we are happy to have them back. Do not miss their specialty honeys (huckleberry, lemon, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and others). | | |

Blue Coyote Farm grows herbs, vegetables, and flowers. Angi has been growing vegetables and farming for several years and this is Blue Coyote's second year at O'Hara's Wednesday Market. Don't forget to shop early this season, Angi grows some of the most beautiful plant starts for your garden. Blue Coyote implements organic methods but is not officially certified yet! | | |

House of Ferments is a community treasure with tremendous dedication to local foods. Erin and Matt have provided the Bitterroot Valley with a full array of fermented foods. With a wide variety of kombucha, krauts, kimchi and other fermented specialties, you know a visit to the booth will delight. Of course, they are dedicated to sourcing local produce for their ferments. | | |

Another resounding welcome goes out to Montana Botanicals! Dr Hillery Daily, a longstanding and well respected community member, will be joining the Wednesday Farmers Market on a rotating schedule. Peace Gardens has joined us in the past during cherry and peach season. They will be with us for the entire season this year. Peace Gardens is a small scale family farm in the Bitterroot.
