Dear customers, guests, friends & family,
As per the directive by the Ontario Government on March 17, 2020 regarding COVID-19, we have closed the Pancake House Restaurant for the season. Our team worked hard to quickly and safely close down the restaurant on the eve of what promised to be an amazing March Break for thousands of guests: March Break camps, daycare providers, annual family traditions ...the list goes on and on. Our awesome staff worked so hard to be ready for your visit and we thank them immensely. Team Awesome is truly awesome!
In these uncertain times, we have to look forward with great hope and indeed we are inspired by your phone calls and emails of support and concern. Thank you! Mother Nature has provided us with an abundance of sap thus far and Scott is busy in the Sugar Camp making beautiful maple syrup. While the Pancake House is sadly quiet right now, we will indeed pick up right where we left off when the maple magic season arrives once again in 2021. The music will flow, the griddles will be hot, the sleigh bells will ring and the maple taffy will be perfect!
In the meantime, our phones and email have been abuzz with questions about how to stock up on maple favourites and we feel we have come up with a few options while keeping everyone safe:
- our Online Store is always open. At checkout, select either shipping to your door or pickup at Fulton's.
- while all buildings at Fulton's are now closed to the public, a small but mighty team at Fulton's have implemented "drive-thru shopping". Simply pull your car up to the door of the Maple Shoppe and a member of our team will come outside to accept your order and credit card/debit payment (no cash at this time, please). Visit our Online Store to view all the products so you have a wish list ready to share with our team. Please note: as of writing, drive-thru shopping is currently offered on Saturdays, Sundays and Tuesdays between 10 am - 2 pm. PLEASE refer to our website, voicemail message, Facebook and Instagram pages for updates.
We want to sincerely thank all of our treasured customers, friends and family for their kind support during this rocky time. As we face the uncertainty of the current moment, one thing we know for sure is we are stronger together. The fantastic support between businesses in our local & neighbouring communities has been amazing. The way so many of you have supported small businesses is heartwarming and encouraging.
