You Are Exactly Where You Are Supposed To Be
One of the most important lessons I've learned on my journey thus far, and one I have been reminded to reconnect with in the last week or so, is that "you are exactly where you are supposed to be." I believe that the universe throws us curveballs and challenges that it knows we can handle. Each designed for our unique path. Obstacles that we are meant to overcome, grow through, absorb, learn from, or develop with. Whether it be a challenge in overcoming obstacles within your mental health, or family/friends/relationships, or work, or all of the above combined. You are exactly where you are supposed to be. And if there is anything I've learned about that right there, it's that when we push up against it, the minute we refuse to accept and acknowledge where we are, and refuse to react to it in a positive way, that's when negativity seeps into our beingâ which only makes everything else that much harder. The more negative our outlook and our perceptions are, the nastier we are, the more it affects our relationships and jobs, the less productive we are, and the less likely we are to move away from the situations and the chapters of our lives that we aren't so keen on staying in. Don't resist it. Sure, your current situation may not perhaps be the brightestâ but that's okay. It's where you are right now. It doesn't need to be forever.
So, whatever you're trying to bring into your lifeâ be it letting go of a poor habit, or a positive set of relationships, or a career move, etc. etc. ......Just remember that we may not be able to control what happens to us, or what situations we're born into. But we can choose how to react to it. There are a million and one paths you can take. Several options. Pick one. And go for it. And then pick another, and go for that. And repeat. I believe in you. You can create virtually anything you put your mind to baby baby.
Thank you for being your unique self. The world needs your unique deliciousness. And I can't wait to see what you create and do along your own path. You've got this. You really do.
Catch ya next Sunday,
