The Wellness Program completed its summer challenge last month. Each employee who completed the water intake portion of the challenge received a Wellness Program backpack. We had four winners from the loss in the body-fat percentage portion of the challenge. Help us in celebrating them on their wins!

Back in July, the Wellness Program kicked off an eight-week challenge. Participants had to complete an initial weigh-in and lose the most body fat percentage in their respective categories. There were more than 230 participants!
We appreciate all who participated in this challenge and hope you keep up the great work you have invested in yourself!
WELLNESS CHAMPION OF THE MONTH
Marco Javier
"Don't feel intimidated. ... [It] all starts with finding your goal, setting your goal, ... and having a good support system.’"
Weighing in at 115 pounds at the start of his wellness journey, Marco shared how intimidation was his biggest barrier, how he balanced his food intake after a diagnosis, and how he has encouraged some of his colleagues to invest in their health.
Do you know someone who has made changes to improve their health and well-being? Nominate them below for a chance to be featured as the next Wellness Champion of the Month!
