Rotem A. Oreg, Founder
Rotem A. Oreg is a researcher, activist, and the founder of the Israeli-Democratic Alliance. He is the founder and editor-in-chief of the Washington Express, an online Hebrew platform covering and analyzing American politics and foreign policy. Previously he worked as head of R&D at Yozmat Hamea; a parliamentary advisor to a member of the Security and Foreign Affairs Committee at the Knesset; and a research assistant to former U.S. Ambassador to Israel Daniel B. Shapiro.
Oreg holds a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel; is a graduate of the State Department's International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) and the Hansen Leadership Institute (HLI) in University of San Diego, and the author of the novel "Lion Heart".
Oz Bin-Noon, Content Creator
Oz Bin-Noon is a Shaliah in the Jewish Community in Wisconsin, a graduate of the Bronfman Fellowship and of the elite unit Egoz. A content creator for the Israeli-Democratic Alliance, his writing is focused on the American Jewry, liberal and progressive spaces and ideologies in the U.S. and thier relations with Israel.

Noam Delgo
Noam Delgo is a recruiter consultant for high-tech companies around the world. An IDF Captain (res.), Noam served as the Head of Overseas Recruitment Department, responsible for assisting new immigrants moving to Israel to serve in the IDF. In order to make the immigration and drafting process easier, Noam established a new international information center at the unit and created a number of new tools, technical and social.
Noam is a master's student in Middle Eastern Studies at the Bar Ilan University and holds a bachelor's degree in political science and criminology; a graduate of the Stand With Us training program; and a graduate of the Parliamentary Staffers Training Program of the Liba Center.
Mohmad Alkrnawi
Mohmad Alkrnawi is a bussinessman, the CEO of one of the largest earthworks companies in the Negev area, and a political activist for Jewish-Arab partnership and increasing participating of Israeli Arabs in national politics.
Mohmad is leading the activities of the Yesh Atid party amongst Israeli Arabs in southern Israel and advocating with ministers, members of the Knesset and local elected officials on issues of major importance for Arab society, including infrastructure, education and policing.
Lital Schwartz
Lital Schwarts is a political activist for human rights, equality and peace, and a media expert with vast expertise in the public and private sector. A champion for enviromental protection and climate action, Lital worked as the media and communications advisor to the Minister for Enviromental Protection and a Member of Knesset, and as an editor in Israel's leading news websites.
Lital holds a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Noa Meir
Noa Meir served eight years as a career officer in the Israel Defense Forces, completing her service at the rank of Major. Her positions included Head of the North American Desk at the Foreign Relations Department and Spokesperson for the North American media. Noa spent four years in Washington D.C., where she served as Director of the Israel Action Center at the Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) of Greater Washington, and was awarded a professional excellence award by the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington for a successful Israel Engagement Fellowship program for teens. She previously completed a one-year appointment as a Jewish Agency Israel Fellow (shlicha) at George Washington University’s Hillel.
Upon her return to Israel, Noa worked as the Executive Director of Birthright Israel Excel - an elite business internship program for top Jewish North American students. Subsequently, she supported the planning and execution of the Jewish Federations of North America’s General Assembly in Tel Aviv, which brought together over 3,000 North Americans and Israelis to discuss the relationship between the two communities. Her most recent positions include leading a public diplomacy program for senior officials of the Ministry of Education, and founding CEO of the Charney Forum on New Diplomacy.
Noa holds a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and Security from Tel Aviv University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from Bar Ilan University.
Ido Dembin
Ido Dembin is the executive director of Molad – the Center for the Renewal of Israeli Democracy. Prior to joining Molad, Ido was the Israel Director at New-York based non-profit Itrek. He has also served as an advisor at the Israeli mission to the OECD, UNESCO, and the Council of Europe in Paris; and as a lawyer and legal intern at Herzog, Fox & Neeman, and Orna Lin and co., respectively.
Ido is a Tel Aviv University-educated lawyer and also holds a Master's degree in Human Rights from Columbia University, New York, where he also served as chief editor of RightsViews, the program's online magazine.
He is the founder and chief editor of "Mr. Dembin Goes to Washington", a US politics and society blog. He has written for many Israeli outlets, including Ha’aretz, Walla, Saloona, The Hottest Place in Hell and more.
Adv. Almog Dayan
Almog Dayan is a Lawyer and social activist for LGBTQ+ and women's rights, former competitive athlete.
As part of her social activities, Almog founded the Justice Arc Forum - Lawyers for the Rights of the LGBTQ Community and served as the CEO of the LGBT Sports Club. Among Almog's notable achievements: public expression of support in the LGBTQ community by the Israeli Lawyers Bar Association; amendment of the Prohibiting of Violence in Sports Law to protect against derogatory calls based on sexual orientation; a first-of-its-kind governmental campaign against LGBTQ-phobia in sports; legal advice and support system to victims of sexual assault within the LGBTQ community. Currently, Almog is the owner of a law office dealing with commercial and civil law, a consultant in the field of biotech and a TA at the school of governance of Reichman University. Previously, she served as an associate attorney in the commercial department of the reputable law firm Gisin & Co.; as the CEO of an online sports community with over 100,000 members and of a business connecting sports services providers to customers. Her academic education includes bachelor's degrees in law and governance and a master's degree in business law. As a competitive athlete, she was world champion in powerlifting (IPA organization), holder of the world record in bench press (currently).
