Leadership, clarified.

May 2021

Hello!

Staying connected is important to me - I love to hear about your career progress and challenges and cheer you on whenever I can.

And as organizations adapt to the realities of a nearly post-pandemic and vaccinated workforce, it feels like the perfect time to start something new -- a  newsletter.

In this monthly communication, I will share what is happening at Leadership Refinery; my favorite reads on leadership, culture and talent development; and recently published articles. My goal is to keep this a quick and valuable read each month. If anything I share sparks your interest, please reach out so we can continue the conversation on LinkedIn, over email or grab some time on my calendar.

What I am reading this month

McKinsey's Women in the Workplace study was published back in September but I revisited it last month as I thought about what this trend could mean for future workplace and leadership diversity and how leaders must play an active role, especially in hybrid workplaces.

Wellbeing is a hot topic in my network. Here's a recent article, also from McKinsey, on this new priority for workplaces. If you are looking for resiliency and wellbeing resources for your organization, I have partnered with an amazing group of coaches to offer workshops and webinars on a range of topics.
