Eat with a Purpose 

Our "Eat with a Purpose" is making a comeback this March. Sign up for class on the second Tuesday of March to learn from the coaches on how to eat with a purpose for performance!

Remember to join us every Monday at 4pm for our AIga/FCA Huddle. Whether you sign up for class or want to stop by. We'd love to see you for a time of devotion & discussion! 

A note about the plumbing...

You may have noticed that we recently removed the paper towels from the bathrooms. We are in the process of converting to air dryers. Additionally, we have added private trashcans in each of the ladies stalls to dispose of feminine products. In the meantime, we ask all of our members and guests, please, only flush toilet paper.  This will prevent any further costly plumbing emergencies.

WORLD DOWN SYNDROME DAY

Sunday, March 21st is world Down syndrome day! Celebrate with us by wearing your blue and yellow AND rocking your socks to show your love and and support for the loved one in your life who are rocking an extra chromosome!

We will be sporting our colors and socks in the days leading up to world Down syndrome day!
