The best gift that we can offer to owners this year builds on all of the hard work of prior years by providing a building that is:
- free of window defects
- waterproofed balconies preventing mould related issues
- secured to prevent unauthorised access
- fire compliant as demonstrated by the recently obtained certificate of classification
- well maintained and presented
This week I have been reviewing the upcoming budget and it looks on track to match the preliminary budget that I communicated in September, still anticipating a total levy reduction of around 25% for each lot. If you missed the September Newsletter then you can access it from this link -> https://shoutout.wix.com/so/eeNHRYQeC
Note: The final budget will be subject to the upcoming budget meeting in January and ratification at the AGM in February.
During these times of uncertainty, I hope that all owners benefit from the planned reduction in levies through 2021 and have a very Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
