My name is <your name> and I live in <neighborhood> in Mill Valley. I am supportive of affordable housing, but not the current 1 Hamilton proposal as planned. Before committing public funds and entering a binding legal contract, the City should first:

1) address neighbor concerns and establish appropriate guidelines 

2) conduct an environmental review and follow proper process 

3) revisit the site and developer selection
