Celebrate Star Wars Day at the Library! Saturday, May 4th 10 AM – 7 PM Fitchburg Public Library, 610 Main Street, Fitchburg, MA 01420 Join us starting at 10:00 am for a Star Wars movie marathon of the original trilogy, screened in the auditorium. Answer trivia questions to play for a prize! Kids under 12 can stop in to the Youth Library from 12 Noon - 2:00 pm for Star Wars crafts, games, snacks, and a scavenger hunt! Create a Jedi Name, or participate in Light Saber or Fighter Pilot training. Teens 12-18 are welcome for a special after-hours celebration. Teens should arrive by 3:45 for food, games, a cosplay contest, and more!

FITCHBURG OPEN STUDIOS Fitchburg Open Studios is a free, self-guided, art discovery tour, which takes place over the Fall weekend of October 19th and 20th, 2019. This tour, allows you to visit with as many artists and locations as you desire, with each stop offering its own unique and varied experience. Using the City of Fitchburg as the “core” of the tour, Open Studios branches off to include artists in several neighboring communities, all of which are within an easy drive of each other. Simply grab a map, plan your day, and enjoy a little “leaf peeping” along the way! Registration is now open! Registration closes June 15th. | | |

NPTG's 2019 Kid's Summer Workshop Program Announcing the 2019 Summer Children's Workshop, culminating in 4 performances of "Shrek - The Musical, Jr!" Karen and Kevin Baldwin will once again leading this summer with an expanded program, culminating in production and four performances of "Shrek The Musical Jr." The program will be (3) sessions per week and the length of the total program is extended to allow for some family vacation time and still adequate rehearsal.
Registration is limited. Ages between 10 and 17. |
