It’s already the middle of July, people, and I hope that you are enjoying this Summer Self-Love Challenge! Please let me know if it is making a difference. We are halfway through our challenge, and today our 3rd self-love language is GRACE.
We so easily extend grace to others but often don’t have it for ourselves. There are a few reasons that this happens, but it's so important that we become aware of where we need to give ourselves grace. Check out this short video below and click on the printable to take this one step further.
