Church diaries for 2020, containing the Church calendar, are now available at the back of church for £1 each. 

YOUTH PARTY Friday 7-9.30pm

St George’s Church, Woodford Avenue, Gants Hill, IG2 6XQ is hosting a party for 11-18 year olds with pizza, a silent (headphone) disco, a bonfire and (at 8pm) a firework display. Admission requires parental consent and costs £3. REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY next Sunday 10.30am

Next week, with Queen and country, we give thanks for those who gave their lives in war. The Solemn Requiem Mass for the War Fallen begins at 10.30 with the remembrance ceremonies at 11am. We look forward to welcoming the representatives of our uniformed organisations taking part. 

DEMENTIA FRIENDS Saturday 16 November 10.30am

Increase your understanding of dementia, and think about the small things that you can do to make a difference to people affected by it, in this friendly and interactive session of about an hour in our community hall. To register, go to tinyurl.com/smgidf or speak to Nicky Tann.
