MARCH ALREADY!
We started the year off with a bang at Woven Threads, with 5 episodes to complete in the Mental Health series - Stories from Within. It was straight into the animation studio to begin production from early January.
Our latest episode tells the story of Emma, who is a peer worker (lived experience mental health worker), peer trainer and assessor and peer supervisor. Emma discovered peer workers when she was admitted onto a mental health ward as young woman, having just completed her social work degree. She realised there and then that when she was doing better she would make a great peer worker and has achieved a lot more than that.

General News
With COVID becoming more under control and borders opening, we are excited to be heading to Queensland to film an episode with a young woman on the Sunshine Coast. We have had the great fortune of meeting Mark Forbes one of the founders of ENDed house of Hope and are looking forward to meeting them in person and seeing the amazing facility they have built.
