How to Balance Your Second Chakra
- Consciously eat naturally orange colour food, such as carrots, butternut squash, mangos, sweet potato & food that will balance and centre you like seeds & nuts.
- Use crystals that support this energy, like tiger’s eye, carnelian, orange moonstone, amber, sunstone and goldstone
- Strengthen your relationship with the Moon, became aware of the rhythms of the moon by journaling or meditating in the different phases of the Moon, noticing when and how are we affected by it (and yes drink moon water, instructional video on my youtube channel Ana Alves Smyth)
- Use essential oils including cedar, cardamom, eucalyptus, chamomile, spearmint, patchouli, ylang-ylang, rose, or clary sage.
- Reconnect with Water by going for a swim, sitting near the sea or flowing stream, or taking a relaxing bath. Watsu, a form of therapy in which a person is gently held and guided in water, can also provide a powerful ritual for sacral healing.
- With Kundalini Yoga, with sets that will activate and balance the sacral chakra or that will increase the energy flow in your body, like with this video below where I demonstrate the sun salutation. Enjoy x.
