Welcome back everyone! This is our first newsletter since the monsoons - when it rains and rains and rains here in the mountains and only the potatoes, trees and turmeric rhizomes grow. Just as the farmers do in the dark winters of Laura's homeland, the monsoons season is when we rest, we take leave, and we plan for what is to come.
 
We are excited to announce the big things we have been incubating. Are you ready to hear, our dear community? Read on.
 
Firstly, the farm is officially OPEN for visitors and farm tours. Our garden beds are freshly seeded with rainbow chard, red corn, medicinal flowers, and vegetable varietals by the dozens. Our shop is stocked up with healing herbal oils, seeds, pantry items and seasonal booch. Our doors are open and we are missing you - plan a visit, book a tour and do drop by.
 
Rise Up Kombucha continues to grow with the pride of being one of India's only brands that is raw, living, unpasteurised and true to kombucha's gut-healing, microbiome-bolstering, immune-boosting reputation. Check out below for an exclusive offer for ya'll.

Permaculture in Practice Residency
 
Join us for our very first 4-day residential learning program in our newly renovated and super crazy kick-ass space. First one kicks off November 18-21. 
 
We will start seedlings, turn compost, bake wild yeast sourdough pizzas in the mud oven, chat permaculture, trek through jungle caves & so much more.
