Welcome to the August, 2022 Newsletter
Litt Park Theatre stage was full of bright young faces this week when Carol Power Voice Studio students presented their latest show. Some were treading the boards for their first time, whilst others showed their skills and talents in dance and voice. These combined to create a very successful production and all shows were sold out.
Our own Gone to Seed production is in its last few weeks of rehearsal. It is looking great. Ticket sales are well on the way and available at www.eventspronto.co.nz/tprs or at Giftrapt, 82 Jellicoe Street, Te Puke.
Our new Box Office will be officially opened at 6.45pm on Gala Night, Wednesday 31st August, 2022. After the show our 70th Anniversary will be celebrated. These are significant milestones in the life of Te Puke Repertory.
We are thrilled to announce that our end of year production will be The Vicar of Dibley, which will delight our loyal audiences. So, if you have thought "No, no, no, no, no, no ...YES," I want to be on stage this is your opportunity. We need all those well loved characters of the Dibley Parish Council - David Horton, Hugo, Owen, Frank and Jim, along with Vicar Geraldine and her hapless verger Alice Tinker. Also required are the fine culinary skills of Letitia Cropley with her famous 'Parsnip Brownies' and Egg and Liver Sandwiches.'
Auditions are on Sunday 4th September, 2022 at 2.00pm at Litt Park Theatre. For information packs please contact Michelle Cliff, Director at tepukerep01@gmail.com Come along and share your talents at Te Puke Repertory.
