Other distillery news...
We continue to have lots of things afoot here at the distillery. Our new Oyster Shell Gin will be launching in the next couple of months, so keep your eyes peeled for that one. It's a delicious combination of local oyster shells, saltbush from our garden, homegrown citrus, a splash of lemon myrtle and some spice and it makes a cracking martini.
Gav is also beavering away on some barrel-aged gins, which we hope to have ready for a pre-Christmas release.
We're also really excited to be participating in Art Month, Sapphire Coast. Starting on 1 August, it's an initiative of the National Bushfire Recovery Agency and a month long celebration of all things creative and fun here on the Far South Coast.
As part of the festivities, we'll be hosting a couple of "Paint and Pour" sessions right here on the farm where you'll get to tipple on some gin while learning how to paint some of our beautiful cellar door views under the expert tuition of a local artist. The full program will be announced on 30 June, but for a sneak preview of everything that's on offer check out the Art Month website. And maybe starting planning that August break!
Cheers, Gav and Karen
