Even though we missed taking part in some of the familiar holiday traditions, our family really enjoyed the slower pace this year. 

 

We were grateful for the quiet time spent together around the house and nature walks with extended family!

Hooray, 2021 is here! 

 

Super excited for this upcoming year..............why you ask?

 

People seem to be taking their life a little more seriously and doing what they love or planning to go for it! 

 

My clients are getting on with life = downsizing, upsizing, buying business investment properties, relocating, renovating, liquidating, and the list goes on…..pandemic or not, life must go on!

 

We are still in a strong Seller market! The Sellers I’ve been working with are trying to achieve a little more in the price department compared to last year.

 

Stay tuned, because adjustments will be made accordingly if the economy changes, or if the market turns in favor of Buyers/more inventory.

 

We still live in a very desirable area - lots of people want to make Okanagan their home!!

 

Not to worry Buyers, you can still find a great place at a good price, we have ways of securing the ones you like, even in a multiple offer situation!
