Winter has officially arrived and here in Central West NSW it arrived right on time with a low of 3 overnight just recently!
We have been coming up with different ways to use the Dip/Seasoning mixes, trialling Freeze Dried Fruit Powders and sourcing suppliers for broccoli and mushrooms. Finding new and interesting ways to fuel our bodies is a continuous journey that we always enjoy and sharing it with you is an added bonus.
May was another great month and we are very grateful for the support of our small business. We look forward to finishing off the Financial Year with a BANG!

The new additions of Sweet Potato Flakes and Freeze Dries Corn Kernels have been a huge hit. Better than we expected to be honest.
We have been doing plenty of research to find suppliers of more dehydrated or freeze dried vegetables. Freeze Dried Broccoli and Dried Mushrooms look like they will be added next. Freeze Dried Broccoli Powder seems easy enough to come by, but we want the florets. The are quite fragile, as you can imagine, so packaging and shipping will be a little tricky. As for the mushrooms, we just need to decide which type of mushroom ...
