Seeking Coordinating Body Members for 2022-2023

Coordinating Body members gathered last month at a two-day retreat in Newport, where they built connections and relational trust, deepened their understanding of improvement science, and learned about the WREN's impact and investments.

The WREN is led by a diverse team called a Coordinating Body that is comprised of at least 51% K-12 teachers. We strive to have a Coordinating Body that is racially, ethnically, culturally, and/or linguistically diverse, and reflective of our region's educators and students. Our team benefits greatly from having novice educators in their first three years.

We are seeking representatives with:

  • strong communication skills
  • a desire to make a positive impact
  • experience, and willingness to lead, with equity
  • understanding of the strengths and needs of their district / organization and region
  • willingness to grow professionally
