Tall Timbers Community HOA Updates

Hi neighbor!

The weather is getting warmer and we love to see so many neighbors out and about walking, running, gardening, and playing outside!

This month, we have two events we'd like you to attend and a few announcements to share:

Saturday, May 11 (rain date: May 18)

8am - 12pm

Let's clean out our closets, garages, and homes and earn some money this May at our Community Yard Sale! Let's get some kids selling lemonade and snacks throughout the neighborhood too!

Wednesday, May 15 (rain date: May 16)

6:30 - 7pm

Join our short outdoor meeting to accommodate the re-election of positions on our community HOA Board. We will meet on the mulched area at Attems Way Loop. We need homeowners to come out to:

• Run for the open HOA positions

• Cast their votes for new HOA Board Members

Consider joining our HOA Board to contribute positively to this community that we all live in! Open positions: Treasurer, Secretary, Groundskeeper, and Events & Communications. All of these are volunteer positions.

All applicants must 1) be at least 18 years old; 2) be a homeowner of a Tall Timbers home; 3) be willing to cooperate and collaborate with other HOA Board members, HOA Advisors, and community members; 4) commit to attending quarterly board and the annual homeowners meetings; and 5) keep the best interest of our community at the forefront. Community concerns:

Anything needing a response from the HOA Board must be submitted to the official HOA email - talltimbersboard@yahoo.com - or through our Contact Page. (While the Facebook group awesome, it's not the board's formal platform.)

Dues are due:

So far, 166 of 191 homes have paid their HOA dues for 2024. Dues were due yesterday. If you have not paid yet, please send it today (instructions here). Reminder that HOA fees are not optional.

Whats going on:

Check out photos from our community ditch cleanup as well as our Easter Egg Hunt. Check our event page to find invitations to future events as well as photos from past ones!

Collaborative project:

In March, the children in our community began a sweet art project painting rocks and aligning them in the mulch to form a pet snake. Feel free to add rocks whenever you choose. Let's see how long this snake can get!
