Ciao Wellness Friend, I hope this e-mail finds you safe and well. Last week I had the pleasure to attend an event called WomenXImpact in Bologna, Italy. I was inspired to attend because my Business Coach and friend, Caroline Kay, was going to be a Keynote Speaker and also provide a workshop. Her speech was titled 'Become a Master Of Persuasion In Leadership & Life' and her Workshop was titled 'Discover Your True North Star to Develop And Strengthen Your Intuition' - both were incredibly spectacular. Spending time with her before and after her events allowed me to see up-close the amount of preparation that goes into her work. She's truly talented, dedicated, and committed to giving it her best at everything she does. Caroline's gumption is inspiring! Her experience and approach to coaching, including her use of Positive Intelligence, set her apart in helping others show up and make a positive impact in how they lead their lives and businesses. REVISED: Oops! For some reason the font of this part came out super tiny! This was meant to be a highlight of an observation I made. Well, in revising this Newsletter, I am inadvertently making it even more visible. Maybe it's meant to be out there like this! ;) Although the WomenXImpact event was a success and very inspiring, it didn't have many -if any- Professionals speaking about the role of Health and Wellness and its impact on success (with the exception of Mental Fitness, a.k.a. Positive Intelligence). This begs the question, what's the secret ingredient to success? What healthy habits must be in place for success to be sustainable and avoid burn out? An idea sprouted in me at this event: we need to start conversations around Eating for Performance, Healthy Habits for High Performers, Sleeping for Success, etc! Let's keep pondering these ideas. If you come across any, please do share them with me! I want to know what helps you stay healthy in Body, Mind, and Spirit. As in this event, as well as in every day life: Together We Are Stronger! |
