Registration: By registering for the fruit carving workshop, participants acknowledge their understanding and agreement to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Workshop Description: The fruit carving / cookery workshop will be conducted as described in the event materials. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, content, or materials if necessary.
Payment: Payment for the workshop is due upon registration. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Payments are non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled by the organizers.
Cancellation and Refunds: In the event that a participant needs to cancel their registration, refunds will be provided as follows:
Participant Responsibilities: Participants are responsible for their own behaviour and safety during the workshop. Any damage to workshop materials or facilities caused by a participant will be the responsibility of that participant.
Health and Safety: Participants should inform the organizers of any allergies, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions prior to the workshop. While all reasonable precautions will be taken, the organizers cannot be held liable for any health issues or injuries that may arise during the workshop.
Photography and Recording: The organizers may take photographs or record videos during the workshop for promotional purposes. Participants consent to the use of their likeness in such materials.
Intellectual Property: All workshop materials, designs, and techniques are the intellectual property of the workshop organizers. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or teach the workshop content without explicit permission.
Changes and Cancellations: The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled workshop.
Indemnity: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the workshop organizers, their employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of their participation in the workshop.
