Gluten Free Eating

End The Frustration

Success in eating gluten free without frustration is planning and preparting quick and easy menu items ahead of time.

Gluten Free Baked Goods

Are you in a rush and frustrated every morning.  What to feed the kids?  What to grab on the run for yourself or to give them? How will you get everyone fed safely and get to where you and they need to be on time?  I know the challenges.  I was a single mother of two with a full-time job who also went back to school.  Ahhhhhh!

Banana bread can be prepared, sliced and frozen in servings. It reheats well. Or you can store covered in the refrigerator. It's quick in the a.m. or to pack on the go.

Breakfast ideas

Over the weekend you can make smoothies that stay well in the fridge. Another fun meal is to wash and chop fruit and gluten free cheeses that can be put into baggies to eat on the run.  Protein and fruits to jump start the day.  There's always that quick bowl of gluten free cereal in a bowl with milk or dry in a baggie with some cheese.  Clean potatoes the night before. Slice in the morning, spritz with olive oil and cook quickly in the air fryer.  Pair with an on the go smoothie cup. Filling and nutritious.
