I am feeling introspective and have little to say at the moment. Instead, I will share some photos from my short trip last month down to Washington D.C. where I marched, visited the National Museum of African American History and Culture, and bonded with my sister-in-law. And since I don't have my own words today, I'll share these ones: "When I dare to be powerful—to use my strength in the service of my vision—then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid." -- Audre Lorde |
