Wedding Cakes

With the end of lockdown in sight (hallelujah!) We have now reopened our books for wedding cake ordering. Wedding cake consultations are now taking place over the phone, during which we can talk about your ideas and you can send through any images that you would like to discuss. You can also order wedding cake samples which we’re currently sending out to you securely packaged through the post. Recipe Book

A lot of the time we get calls asking if we make a range of traditional caribbean favourites and unfortunately quite a lot of time we don't. With that being said and with Easter just around the corner, we just have to give a shout out to Grace's Easter bun recipe. Once you do the conversions (Counter flour = bread flour, substitute brand names with whatever you have and substitute or omit some of the fruit with whatever dried fruit you prefer) This recipe is so easy to put together and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare.

Whats Happenin'

Our friends at Bake Off have been in touch to let you know that Junior Bake Off series 7 are looking for young budding bakers aged between 9 -15 years old. Filming takes place from July 2021. If you have a budding young baker in your household, hit the 'Apply Now' tab below and fill out the online application form. 

The deadline for application is 20.59pm on Sunday 28th March 2021 and we're told audition spaces are limited and on a first come first served basis so don't leave it until the last minute.
