Here we go!   2021 is in full swing.  As we continue to move forward in a time that leaves many people uncertain about tomorrow, there are many promises of God we can hold onto. After all, He holds our tomorrow. Jesus Christ is present and faithful and wants us to use this time to draw nearer to Him. So in 2021 let's resolve to

-continue to praise and exalt His name above every other name

-continue to grow in Christ by digging into the Bible and praying throughout each day (for ourselves and others) 

-seek ways to apply the word of God to our lives and help others do the same

Service Opportunity for all royalty

Monday, January 18th, we honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. by not only remembering the great impact of his life and work on our nation, but by also celebrating his legacy through service. 

Monday is considered the National Day of Service and we want you to take part!

We want to showcase the Christian Miss queens working in their communities in some way- any way- that positively affects the lives of others. 

As usual, it doesn’t have to be hard or time consuming, we just ask that it be thoughtful and impactful. 

So, here’s what you can do:

1.) Look around for service opportunities or make up one of your own 

2.) Spread the word to your friends and family- maybe they’d like to help 

3.) Share it - (please take pictures for the sake of social media and website followers who love to see you guys working in the community and are inspired to do so as well.)

Need service ideas? Try these: 

-Collect your old books and take them to donate to free little libraries in your community

-Collect Donations for Ronald MacDonald House

-Make tie blankets for kids at women's shelters

-Write thank you letters to active military and veterans (A Million Thanks & Operation Gratitude)

- Make cards for nursing homes

-Donate school supplies to local Boys & Girls club

***Don't forget to log your hours.  You can apply them towards the Servant's Heart competition***
