— 220 Central Park South #ManhattanNY Located in Midtown Manhattan and built alongside Billionaires Row, is 220 Central Park South, a luxury residential skyscraper made up of two towers that are connected by a promenade and garden. The Villa, which has a front-facing grand view of Central Park, is 18 storeys high, while the connected tower behind, stands at 950 ft. 220 CPS includes 118 units, an indoor swimming pool, private dining rooms, athletic club, library, basketball court, and children's play area. Home to many private clients, Wall Street movers, New York’s leading real estate investors, and A-list celebrities, 220 CPS is beyond exclusive. This is another master project by the office of Robert A.M. Stern Architects. The prominence of natural stone characteristically shines with the Alabama Limestone and complementary cast stone facade extending the full building height. Exterior Juliet-style balconies, set-back terraces, and ornamental metalwork, gives the building a classic New York presence and a most fitting profile among other recognizable giants. Robert A.M.
