About The Event

Our hearts go out to everyone impacted by CoVid19. At this time, Alchemy of Prana is being with the unknown, liminal space; we are leaning into the heart, listening to the land, and actively monitoring the science and information recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). We are committed to responding to the transitions happening at this time, to CoVid-19, in ways that are in service to all beings—adjusting on a moment-to-moment basis and listening to creative ways to best support our community and the wilderness—while remaining attentive to preventing any further spread of the virus.

Additionally, at this time, due to the very unpredictable nature of the coronavirus, not knowing what is to come, and considering the health and well-being of all who participate, we have decided to cancel all programs until July 5th. We are sorry for the incconvenience and we are committed to creating alternative ways to support the global human and more-than-human communities. Please contact us if on-one therapeutic guide calls, self-generated ceremonies at home, virtual intent councils & mirroring of medicine walks, etc. would support you and/or your community at this time.

Alchemy of Prana

Ancient traditions throughout time have honored the solstices as significant thresholds for existence and marked with rituals and ceremonies.

Following these ancient traditions during the solstice time, we will spend this fertile time to retreat and reconnect with the beauty of the Earth and align our inner realm and tune into the instinctual rhythms of light by meditating outdoors and immersing ourselves into the natural world. We will open ourselves to the exquisite wonder, beauty, instinctual rhythms of light, and the wisdom of the natural world as a mirror of our true nature --- whether through sunset and sunrise meditations, listening to the soothing sounds of the natural world, deep reflections, Council, conversations and medicine walks with the land amidst pine forests and aspen groves and star gazing.

Just as the natural world appears to be ripening and flowering of the seeds planted, the inner realm is s full and flowering with power, innocence, truth, flow, and vitality --- bridging the passage between spirit and flesh. The solstice asks us to tune into the inner fire and the watery flow of body and open to the instinctual alignment and rhythm that will carry us through this seasonal passage.

This retreat/workshop is appropriate for beginning mediators as well as seasoned practitioners. Guided and silent meditations are offered throughout the weekend.
