Happy World Kindness Day!

World Kindness Day falls on November 13th. So here is an early reminder for you! Allow me to take a candid approach in this newsletter.

In this topsy-turvy world right now, kindness is everything.
The people I speak to are feeling overwhelmed with the corruption that is taking place at all levels - in government, medical institutions, religious organizations etc. People are doubting themselves for not conforming to the "majority" views. And people have realised that the main stream media is running an agenda of their own and in many cases is spreading incorrect and biased information.

So what is one to do?
In such a time as we are facing now, we must first and foremost
give ourselves kindness. If you are one of the people wondering how this world got to be so crazy right now, then please be kind to yourself. Please give yourself compassion at this time, and note that you are standing on the side of integrity and humanity. Please keep giving yourself compassion and keep walking the path of honesty, compassion, kindness, and humanity. It is people like you will help to bring the balance that this world needs.

What many leaders are lacking right now is kindness. We need "Golden Age Politics." If leaders had more kindness for the people they preside over, this would lead to them governing with more enlightened policies that would trump the oppression and the corruption.

And it starts with kindness. Kindness and respect for others. And kindness and respect to ourselves. We must give ourselves compassion as we live our lives. And we must give ourselves compassion for living through this turbulent time, while still holding to the values of kindness, respect, empathy, honesty, courage and humanity. We must be the change that we want to see in the world. And we must be grateful for the other kind people in the world. Focussing on such positivity right now, and nurturing gratitude can really help to lift our mental health and our mindset. Take a few moments to spoil yourself by watching this beautiful video... it just might be the highlight of your day!

So what can you do on world kindness day? You could...

Spoil yourself with some "joy time" - put on your favourite music and dance and sing, or watch your favourite movie. Do something that makes you feel happy and makes you feel special. Spoil yourself. Celebrate yourself. Acknowledge all of the effort that you are putting out in various ways such as helping family, doing a good job at work and trying your best in the many ways that you do. Give yourself some recognition and kindness. You deserve it.

Reach out for some support and upliftment. Contact me if you would like to book a Power Coaching® session or series of sessions. I would be happy to  listen to the challenges that you are facing and help you to work through them. You can even buy a gorgeous gift voucher for a friend or loved one so that they can be uplifted. I've currently bought a loved one a series of coaching sessions with my teacher. And the result? They recently told me that this is the least stress that they have felt in a long time and that they are now able to focus on the positive things. Why? Due to the magic of Power Coaching® with Mind Kinetics® and having a coach who leads with kindness.

Take time to listen to others. Listening to people's challenges at this time is super valuable. People are facing new and extreme challenges right now. Having a sympathetic listener can make the world of difference.

Be kind to yourself by adopting the whole-food plant based diet. Why? It promotes physical and mental health. And be kind to others by sharing this important information!
Here is an example -
Dr Brooke Goldner is doing amazing work in this field. Not only has she shared a video about a study of over 3,000 medical professionals that found that those on
a plant based diet had a 73% lowered risk of contracting covid 19, but she also found that ALL long-haul Covid patients on her 6 Week  Rapid Recovery Program restored their health - including getting their sense of smell back!
I've kindly shared this information with those I know who have been recovering from Covid - so why not kin
dly share this helpful and empowering information with them? (Dr Goldner also kindly gives free information sessions such as this one here).

What else can you do to be kind to yourself and kind to others?

Remember, we can only be kind to others when we are looking after ourselves. Just like the air hostess teaches you to first put on your life jacket before assisting someone else, so too must we give ourselves kindness and look after our own mental and physical health. By doing this we can most effectively help and uplift those around us. And this is what the world needs right now. People to lead themselves and others with kindness, wisdom and humanity.

So stay strong. Be kind to yourself - recognise all of your wonderful, valuable qualities and share them with the world!

Best wishes,

Eve Nguyen
