Put Some Claws in Your Pause

Launch Your Pause

Dear Pausers,

You might be asking, "What's with the banana?" We were heartbroken to have to reschedule our annual Put Some Claws in Your Pause retreat in May, but heartbreak is a great motivator and we've been creatively looking for ways to connect!

The result is a our first installment of The Launch Liberation Project: Banana Phone Portal: Note to Self. In Episode 1, the banana phone miraculously gives us access to our younger selves and lets us guide, comfort and support those younger souls. If only we had the wisdom we have now when we were 8 or 12 or 15. Check out the video below to see some wise women in action. If you'd like to be part a future episode, please email us!

Though our retreat isn't happening in May, we are super excited for a new date in safer days ahead. Please read below for more information and let us know if you have any questions or if you'd like to register.

We've also put our Menopause Health 101 online, so if you want to register for that, virtual space has opened up. Follow the links below.  We're starting an online Proprioceptive Writing Group for those of you who have learned this practice and want to continue it in the support of others. Finally, if you loved the Banana Phone Portal: Note to Self and want a starring role in our next episode, please let us know. We'd love to have you!

We look forward to "seeing" you soon.

Warmly,

Laura & Kate
