Piano Players is excited to welcome you to the 2023-2024 academic year! This particular edition of the newsletter contains a variety of important information. Please be sure to give it your attention. 

Calendar

We are looking forward to many exciting events, as well as some new updates to our programs. If you have not already done so, PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE STUDIO CALENDAR so that you do not miss out on important events! 

Year At a Glance

• Recitals will be held on November 11, February 10, and May 11

• The annual foster child toy and blanket drive will be from November 1-18

• Mason Music Festival will be hosted at Piano Players on November 4

• Please refer to the studio calendar for a listing of all scheduled closures and breaks, as well as other events.

Important Updates

• Beginning in September, group students will have a common monthly technique focus, which will also be shared in the newsletter(s). The monthly focus for September will be the keys of C Major and a minor. 

• Families of group students will soon be receiving an individualized link to a Google Sheet to monitor their student’s progress. 

• Be on the lookout for a new website experience coming soon!

Group Guitar Classes

We are now offering guitar instruction in a group format! Our first group meets on Mondays at 7:10 and it is open to beginners ages 10 and above. Tuition is $99/mo. Please reach out with questions or to sign up! 

Recital Cover Contest

Calling all student artists!! We need your help to design the cover for our fall recital program! All interested students may submit their original cover art between now and October 1st. The cover art contest winner will be announced in the October newsletter, and will receive 2 tickets to a concert of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra.
