In Canterbury, Tonbridge and Maidstone, the DWP are running a new Proof of Concept service for Working Age Customers, which may be useful for your most complex and vulnerable customers.

 

This service goes over and above existing services.

 

Enhanced Support Service (ESS) aims to support people of working age who have no other suitable/effective support network or maybe facing trauma, financial vulnerability , health conditions , homelessness, crisis etc that is preventing their engagement and their ability to navigate through the Departments systems. It delivers more hands-on in-depth personalised support.
