Happy Spring from Fiddlehead! We have a lot of fun stuff to share...

This month is full of new growth and new hope. We are planting seeds for our garden, planning for Summer camps, designing creative uses of our outdoor space and envisioning what a new fall will bring. We thank everyone for your continued support of our program.

 Eco-Maine Challengers

The Fiddlehead Leadership crew, led by Sebastian Babcock and Bo Brown were selected as Eco-Maine Upcycle Challenge Finalists! We are so proud of their entry. They took single use plastic bottles and fashioned an incredible working chandelier that hangs in our entryway stairwell. Now we need your help: take a moment and vote for Fiddlehead - we could win $500!

 Looking Ahead: Fall 2021

Planning has begun for the 2021-22 school year. If schools are able to return to full in-person instruction, then we will return to our previous offering of before care and aftercare to best to support working families. We are also planning for school day enrichment for families who may opt to homeschool. Please fill out our survey to help with this planning.

Community Spotlight

Our team will be fully vaccinated on Friday 4/16! Yay! We so appreciate the work that Audrey's mom and Vice President of Retail Services for Hannaford, Heather Paquette has done to help so many educators get vaccinated quickly. Thank you Heather!
