We Rocketed into February🚀🌟 What a wonderful month February has been. Days feel longer and are becoming lighter, and all the wonderful Hummingbirds are getting stronger! 💪😁
We've loved our bodies in February by working hard, toning up, building strength and getting our hearts working hard as we have lunged, run and squatted around💖
Studio Pilates We had a real focus last term on building hip and glute strength (for those that attend my sessions, you know I love a cherry bum ha ha!) It really is wonderful to see how much my Hummingbirds have all become stronger in those areas in particular 🤣
We have another 6 week block for Pilates leading up to Easter and along with working on our alignment, & core strength, I did promise to add a bit of lovely upper arm work to beat those bingo wings away! 💪🙈 |

Online Workouts March brings nearly 5 weeks of Online 6:30am workouts including -💃
⭐Express Pilates ⭐HiiT ⭐PowerBlast (weights)
The weekly 6:30am, 30 minute mix of online workouts seem to work well and is a good balance for the body. In one week we can flex, strengthen and work the cardiovascular system💥💪🧘💖.

Fit & Fabulous Bootcamp We have had such a blast and so much fun whilst working out and getting fit! The giggles are infectious and so is working out at a Fit & Fabulous Bootcamp.
I've opened up more spaces in our February/March block - whose up for joining us, or if not, spread the word...there's fun in a Horsforth Bootcamp!! ⭐Tuesdays ⭐10:15am-11:00am ⭐Horsforth (my home venue - garden) |

Bad weather plan ❄️☃️ It's that time of year unfortunately where the weather can be unpredictable. My plan is at this time of year, if I can get to the venue that I'm teaching at then the session will be running😊. If it is not possible for me to get to a venue, I will put a note on Facebook, Instagram and send you emails. I also will move the session to online where I hope as many of you as possible will join me from the comfort of your homes🏠😊 (I will send a link via email if necessary).
I know that following online is not always feasible for everyone but I will do my best to run where I can. |
