Alright the wave is definitely upon us and gaining exponential momentum; ready to ride?!
June gave us a foretaste of Summer's fire, and with the city of Oceanside being so kind as to renovate our premises for us, like Marco predicted at May's Gathering, a triune set up of fire pits is now in place near the pier, and the ambiance is already aflame, with Azlanz Rainbow being perfectly positioned to participate in trinitarian unity over the coming months of vibrancy!
June's Gathering saw some of these connection vector points coming together, with some primary members of the Encinitas Swamis crew uniting to their fellow brethren and "sistren" (just go with it}! With auditory frequencies set by Gavn, our music quality was taken to all new levels. Billy and Lacie led us in interactive Tai Chi and Yoga classes respectively, as the fusion of our global community took various forms...
Insights about the nature of Reality were exchanged and symbiotic growth happened between representatives from at the very least 6 different spiritual traditions and many nationalities. Grayson's light-refracting glasses allowed us to experientially see the various colors that white light disperses into, and the day vibrantly proved that in many capacities!
It was rocking magic, rocking magic!!
Some of the things we'd like you guys to please think about for the next Gathering on 7/13 are:
1} The introduction of hourly forums/structured explorations (sometimes known as workshops but we'll come up with our own name) in which members have the opportunity to enlighten their fellow community with knowledge and experience of their own passions. This could be, like Billy and Lacie did, Tai Chi and yoga, or it could be a topic of particular interest in the fields of psychology, art, spirituality, philosophy, entrepreneurship, science, consciousness, performance, dance, meditation, poetry, knitting...yup, knitting. 2} Also, Marco has been a legend in providing much of the chow for the Gatherings; how about a potluck kinda set-up to diversify the spread of the feast? That could be cool.
3} Finally, maybe start thinking about something to bring from home (like something you make, or a bargain you found, or something interesting that you never use anymore} to distribute to other members for free. This can also be a venue for members to exchange and/or display products of our creation, which would be great for entrepreneurial networking and a revamp of the capitalist system.
