We would like to wish all of our members, volunteers and families a very Happy Holidays!

Staff will be in and out of the office from December 24 - January 4 and may not be checking email over the holidays. If it's an emergency or they need to reach someone - rfrizzell@pei4h.ca or 902-393-4248

 

 The Provincial Office is open by appointment only.

 Please call or email the office or the Staff member you are looking to meet with at least one day prior to the date you would like to meet.

UPDATE - December 18th

 

Effective 8:00 am, Friday, December 18th, 2020. Following CPHO guidelines, meetings may resume - max 50 with extra attention to contact tracing and ensure protocols are followed (hand washing/sanitizing, distancing, masks). 

Also, the screening question sheet that must be displayed at the entrance to all gatherings has been updated to "Have you traveled outside of PEI in the last 14 days?". 4-H project, Megan wanted to create an opportunity to engage with younger members, sharing stories and conversations. Introducing "Storytime with Megan"

 

4-H PEI families with younger children (up to age 12) are invited to let Mary Jane (maryjmacphee@pei4h.ca)  know if you are interested in this opportunity...videos will be shared on 4-H PEI's social media accounts on Tuesday's, beginning on December 22 and then every Tuesday following!

Youth Safety Guidelines 

4-H considers the safety and well-being of 4-H youth members its top priority. The Youth Safety Reporting System for 4-H in Canada enables leaders, volunteers, and staff to conveniently submit Activity Plan and Incident Report forms directly to their provincial organization. The secure system can be accessed from a computer or mobile device without the need for an account.
