QFCA Sector News

Your weekly update on news, events and developments in Neighbourhood and Community Centres across Queensland.

The QFCA thanks the Department of Communities, Disability Services and Seniors and the Hon.Coralee O'Rourke for their continued partnership and investment into the QFCA and Neighbourhood Centre sector.  The QFCA has recently been notified of additional funding for:

  • Neighbourhood Centre involvement at the CD Queensland Conference
  • Developing a co-designed performance and data collection framework
  • Phase 2 of the State Wide Neighbourhood Centre Disaster Response Strategy - Monsoon Trough
  • Communications and Resources for the sector

This funding fits perfectly with our strategic plan to advance Neighbourhood Centres into the future.
