Spotlight on Women’s Health and Neurodivergence issues
Maria Caulfield Minister for mental health and Womens Health met with Chair Founder Jane Green of SEDSConnective for an important meeting on late diagnosis particularly for girls/women . It can take plus 50 years to get a diagnosis and the co-occurring issues of eating issues such as eating disorders and also physical eating issues common in autistic ADHD other neurodivergent people.
We are also pleased to see recognition of other issues we often find members have such as endometriosis. We know that pain is the most common demonimator but often disbelieved.
Our support meeting Walk or Wheels at Wakehurst gardens amidst beautiful blossom and really enjoyed by all , some of whom are in the photo.
