1.5 oz Spring44 Old Tom Gin
4-5 oz hot apple cider
Cinnamon stick
Heat apple cider with cinnamon stick. If you have cloves, allspice and anise, toss those in too. Pour warm spiced cider over Spring44 Old Tom Gin. Garnish with cinnamon stick. Sit by the fireplace.
